The problem

The company's knowledge was spread across files, chats and old copies of procedures. Two staff members could give two different answers to the same question, and new hires spent a long time hunting for the right procedure.

What we built

We built an internal knowledge base with articles organised by department. Every article goes through review and approval before it is published, permissions decide what each team can see and edit, and every change is recorded.

On top, we added AI search that understands questions in the staff member's own words and answers only from approved articles, citing the source, plus a check that stops personal data from being published in the content.

Outcome
